Shipping & Delivery

Please note currently most prints are made to order - Therefore please allow 2-7 working days for printing & processing before product is ready for shipping.

Due to being a one woman show please bare this in mind when it comes to processing orders & delivery times. If, your order is urgent please make sure to send me an email and I will do my very best to ensure you receive your order on time.

Just a reminder that Australia Post & couriers are experience delays due to COVID-19 as we all know - We really appreciate your patience during this time.

 

Delivery within Australia

Standard Shipping -  I offer a flat rate of AUD12.00 for orders under AUD200. Free shipping on orders over AUD200 within Australia via Australia Post.

(Please note if print size exceed A1 shipping price will vary and to be calculated by weight + packaging).

Express Shipping - I offer express shipping for a flat rate of AUD16.00

(Please note if print size exceed A1 shipping price will vary and to be calculated by weight + packaging).

 

International Delivery 

I ship worldwide and offer International delivery based on location and weight of parcel. Please note you are responsible for paying any import fees for your country. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from time of order. I don't offer refunds on international orders.

 

Refund or Returns

I don't offer refunds or exchange due to change of mind.

If, you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact me within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. 

I do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If, the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
